Often your computer holds on to information from your browser in its memory cache.

you may using one of the following:

• safari
• google chrome
• firefox

Internet Explorer

all of these browsers work basically the same. however, they store information of where you’ve been in their memory cache. sometimes this can cause a problem. you need to clean house.

In Google Chrome

! select clear browsing data

in safari

! select reset safari but select only “clear history”

! or, reload page

in firefox

! under view: select reload

In Internet Explorer!

! go to: internet options where you can make choices for resetting information. one way that is most valuable when your computer is being stubborn, turn off the machine, go for a walk. come home and turn on again. this usually does the trick.
